I've loved more cats in my life than I can count... so let's add a few more! Kittens, teenagers (you know if you have one!), adults and seniors all need a little TLC every day. Daily visits are a healthy, engaging option when you are away. Drop in visits for medication or a quick feeding available. Special needs inquiries highly encouraged!
Cat Visit Activities: Play: string, jingly balls, crinkly paper, teaser wands, boxes, laser pointer… Love: petting, chin scratching, cuddling, slow blinks… Gentle Socialization: patience, respect of personal space and genuine love Brushing: great for bonding and overall comfort of kitty Training: Yes, training! I can work to slowly create new behaviors. There are no guarantees in feline training but when something works it can be a game changer.
Believe it or not, these two cuties kept their mom from taking a vacation. Ever. Sandusky needed frequent care, medications and feeding. He needed someone patient who would tend to his bathroom needs as he couldn't quite do it himself. Mostly he needed a TON of love. Then there's gorgeous, blue-eyed Moxie. Her name suits her but you'd never know it unless you were her mom. Otherwise, she's hiding. I mean, I don't even know you! So she needed someone who would both respect her space and be able to engage her into play. When mom needed to leave the state for a few days, she put her trust in me. After getting photos like these and returning home to two very content kitties, mom booked her first vacation in years. This is what I call the pet sitter effect.
